The Empower Challenge is built on six core commitments designed to elevate your strength, endurance, and mindset—daily movement, mindfulness, hydration, clean nutrition, personal growth, and accountability.
Move with intention every day—yoga, strength training, running, walking, hiking—whatever keeps you active.
Journaling, meditation, or breathwork to build awareness, clarity, and resilience.
Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily. A gallon is encouraged, but listen to your body.
No cheat meals. Just intentional, disciplined nourishment.
A book by Brianna Wiest to challenge perspectives and build resilience.
Send a simple message—“Day 12: Done”—to stay engaged and track progress.
