This space was designed and remodeled with careful attention to the details that make yoga an experience.

Our Classes

Calm
This class offers a vinyasa style with a series of poses that are gentle on the body.
Breath is used to move deeper into the poses at a slower pace. This class is especially
well-suited for those recovering from injury, having trouble sleeping, those with anxiety or high levels of stress.
The room is slightly warmed for this class.
Clarity
This class is a foundational vinyasa class designed for those students who are new to yoga
as well as seasoned practitioners wanting to slow things down and refine their technique.
Special attention is paid to proper alignment in basic postures.
The room is lightly heated for this class.
Energy
This class is designed for all levels with space and support to grow your vinyasa practice.
Modifications are offered as well as suggestions to level things up.
Our Energy class will move at a faster pace to build core strength and increase flexibility.
This class is heated.
Power
This class is designed as a full body workout increasing your heart rate and burning calories
in a series of creative sequences. This class is very effective for overall well-being with a strong physical practice to promote mental health and wellness.
Power classes are hot yoga with our warmest temperature.
